The 2015 Saskatchewan harvest is on pace with the five-year average for this time of year. According to the weekly crop report, 74 per cent of the crop is in the bin and another 19 per cent is swathed or ready to straight-cut.
The five-year average is 71 per cent combined and 20 per cent swathed or ready to straight-cut.
Officials with Saskatchewan Agriculture say 88 per cent of mustard, 79 per cent of durum, 77 per cent of barley, 72 per cent of spring wheat, and 70 per cent of canola is combined, along with 46 per cent of the soybean crop and 33 per cent of flax.

Overall yields are reported as average, but it varies between regions.
Many areas of the province received frost in the past week but damage was minimal in most cases due to the maturity of the crops.
