Two people are expected to be okay after the tugboat they were on sank in the Strait of Georgia this morning.
The Coast Guard says the tug started taking on water just after 5 a.m., about 17 kilometres southwest of Steveston.

The people on the boat were able to abandon the tug and jump on the boat they were towing behind them.
A hovercraft was brought in to help with the operation.
