Lethbridge Court House. Global News

LETHBRIDGE- A local woman facing second-degree murder charges had her case before the courts Monday.

A preliminary trail date was supposed to be set for 22-year-old Julie-Ann Agerskov, but it was put over to later this month.

Agerskov is accused of killing 43-year-old Coaldale woman Katheline Amber Buck.

Buck was found dead in a North side home in February.

Agerskov was originally charged with second-degree murder, but that was upgraded to first degree in May.

She is also facing aggravated assault and breach of peace charges.

She remains in custody and will be back in court September 24.
