Taher was found guilty of touching the buttocks and massaging the breasts of a 19-year-old woman, who saw him at a Sherwood Park clinic over concerns about a nose-piercing and a tattoo.

The doctor continues to practice, but the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta says he must be chaperoned when examining female patients, or those under the age of 16.
