NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. –Mounties say a situation in North Battleford, Sask. has ended peacefully. Police were called to the 600-block of 102 Street early Sunday evening after receiving a complaint of a person with a firearm.

In a release issued just after 9 p.m., Mounties said “the situation has been resolved peacefully.”
