REGINA – Former Toronto mayor Rob Ford is auctioning off some memorabilia on Ebay including a personalized Saskatchewan Roughriders jersey.

Now a Toronto city councilor, Ford tweeted Wednesday that “new items” were up for sale on eBay. Ford announced earlier this month he would be auctioning some of his memorabilia with 10 per cent of the proceeds going to research and care facilities for liposarcoma, a rare form of cancer he was diagnosed with last year.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders jersey is billed as “an original piece of memorabilia from former Toronto Mayor, and current Toronto Councillor Rob Ford.”

The post adds that Rob Ford received the personalized Riders jersey while attending a game at Mosaic Stadium in July of 2013.

If you’re wondering about the size of the jersey the post says it’s a 4XL.

Other items that Ford has listed on EBay are his famous “Football” tie which he was wearing while he admitted to smoking crack, a “Keep Calm and Carry On” poster and an old pair of pyjama pants.

As of Thursday morning the current bid on the Riders jersey was up to $1,225.00.

During the 2014 Toronto mayoral election, Ford was forced to withdraw after being diagnosed with cancer. He ran instead for council and was elected in Ward 2 while his brother took over his mayoral campaign before eventually losing to John Tory.
