Ingredients

1 dash of Tabasco
5 fresh mint leaves
1/2 oz orgeade syrup by Le Lab
Top with champagne.
Method
Put all ingredients in a shaker except for the champagne.

Add ice and shake for 8-10 seconds to reveal all the mint flavours.
With a cocktail strainer, pour into a champagne glass and top with champagne.
Chocolate Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
2 dashes of chocolate bitters
1 sugar cube
champagne
Method
Place the sugar cube at the bottom of a champagne flute.
Add 2 dashes of chocolate bitters.
Top off with champagne.
