WATCH: Last Friday a man approached a nine-year-old girl and tried to lure her into his car. She managed to get away but as Grace Ke reports the incident has parents on edge.
Police in White Rock are asking for public’s help looking for a man who is alleged to have tried to lure a young girl from a school playground.
It happened Friday afternoon, at approximately 3:30 p.m.
Police say the nine-year-old girl was in the playground of White Rock Elementary school.
The child was approached by the man, who tried to lure her into his car.
The suspect is described as:
- Caucasian
- Mid- to late 20’s or even 30’s
- Average build
- Height range of 5’9 to 6’2
- Oval shaped head and face with a pointed nose
- Blue eyes
- Bald head
- Nose piercing
- Ear piercing
- Additionally,the male also has tattoos on both arms
Investigators would like to speak to any potential witnesses.
