WINNIPEG – MTS experienced problems with its land line and cellular services Monday that could also affect access to 911 services.
MTS said in a statement that its customers were having problems receiving and making phone calls on land lines in the city, including those to 911, and some cellphone service was also impacted. Even non-MTS customers experienced problems, the company said.
