One of the largest annual gatherings of bald eagles in the world is happening right now in the Fraser Valley.
The Chehalis Flats Bald Eagle and Salmon Preserve is home to world’s largest gathering of eagles.

Between 2,000 and 10,000 bald eagles congregate there during the winter salmon spawning season.
This weekend, the 19th annual Fraser Valley Bald Eagle Festival takes place to mark the gathering.
All viewing sites are open to the public.
