KELOWNA — Kelowna RCMP say charges may be laid against half-a-dozen teens in connection with a robbery.
The incident happened Saturday night at Rutland Middle School where a group of youths had been hanging out.
RCMP say the group was approached by five masked males armed with bats and guns.
The suspects demanded the youths hand over the contents of their pockets before fleeing the scene.
Police arrested two of the suspects a short time later. Three others turned themselves into police the next day.
The guns turned out to be airsofts.
A sixth suspect has yet to be arrested.
