Video surveillance shown at Erica Levin trial

A woman accused of trying to bribe a juror in her husband’s sexual assault trial last year was identified in a video shown in court Tuesday.

Erica Levin is charged with obstruction of justice.

C-train video surveillance introduced as evidence appears to show Levin and a woman identified as Juror No. 3 as they’re walking to a platform.

The woman testitifed she had a feeling she was being watched just before Levin approached her and asked her to find her husband not guilty.

She told the court Levin handed her an envelope and said “here’s a thousand dollars (or ten thousand). My husband is not guilty.

The encounter lasted no more than a minute.

Juror No. 3 reported the incident to the trial judge, who excused her from the rest of the trial.

Aubrey Levin was later found guilty of sexually assaulting patients in his care.

Juror No. 3 is expected to be cross-examined on Wednesday.
