Langley RCMP have now taken over the investigation into an early morning fire.
Flames erupted at a triplex on 208th Street near the Fraser Highway around 3:30 this morning.

Investigators are not commenting on why police are involved in the case at this point, or whether any specific evidence is pointing toward the fire being suspicious in origin.
There were people inside the home at the time the flames erupted, but everyone got out safely.
Police are expected to reveal more details later this morning.
