WINNIPEG – A 21-year-old man has been charged after a young woman found a cellphone recording her in a public washroom.
The woman was in the public washroom of the Midtown Car Wash, where she works, when she saw the phone recording her.
The phone, which belonged to one of her co-workers, was hidden in a towel in the women’s washroom, police said.
He was charged with committing an indecent act and failing to comply with a condition of an undertaking, and released on a promise to appear in court at a future date.
