EDMONTON – A pilot and passenger walked away from a plane crash at a Grande Prairie baseball diamond Wednesday night.
A Piper light aircraft crashed into a field at South Bear Creek after attempting to make an emergency landing at around 7 p.m.
Police believe the plane might have ran out of fuel.
The single engine light aircraft suffered significant damage, but the pilot and single passenger were uninjured.
