The man who terrorized Yaletown in a targeted shooting last month appeared before a judge today.
61-year-old Gerald Battersby is facing six counts of attempted murder.
He appeared by video from North Fraser Pretrial where he is in custody.
Battersby still doesn’t have a lawyer and was wearing a hospital gown and in a wheelchair at the time of appearance.
He is accused of shooting Paul Dragan, the owner of Reckless Bikes, and also his former landlord before turning the gun on police officers.
