KELOWNA– A 79-year-old Kelowna man has been identified as the victim of a farm accident Friday.
Herbert Roy Teather was operating a tractor with an industrial mower attached in a vineyard on Latta Road.

The B.C. Coroners Service says he was caught by the blades within the mower attachment and died at the scene.
Both the Coroners Service and the RCMP continue to investigate.
