Kelowna man wants his scooter back

KELOWNA–A disabled Kelowna man is all but housebound since someone stole his scooter.

Jason Kemps lost an arm and a leg when he was hit by a train in 1993.
He bought a scooter last year, and found it a perfect way for him to get around.

But two weeks ago someone slashed his fence and stole it right out of his yard.

The scooter is a GIO model and is orange a black.

Kemps has a file open with the RCMP, but he’s hoping people might keep their eye out for it, or better yet, that the person who took it will realize how important it is to him and bring it back.
