WATCH: Noxious weed problem in Penticton

PENTICTON – Weeds aren’t usually not very nice to look at, and they can be a nuisance in any garden.

But the plants can also be extremely harmful to the environment and ecosystems.

Don Gayton, an ecologist, is raising the alarm on a large patch of noxious weeds in Penticton.

Gayton says the invasive plants are the result of the a subdivision development.
