CALGARY – Police are investigating what appears to be a targeted home invasion in the community of Hawkwood on Monday.
Officers rushed to the 600 block of Hawkhill Place N.W. around 10 a.m.

Investigators say multiple suspects wearing masks forced their way into the home and tied up the people inside.
The victims were bear sprayed, and the thieves rushed off with some belongings.
One of the victims was able to call police after breaking free of his restraints and rushing to a neighbour’s home.
Police remain on scene investigating.
