NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. – A man is facing several charges after a sexual assault in North Battleford, Sask.
Randy Joseph Clarke, 34, was arrested on Thursday after police received a report of a sexual assault the previous week.
Clarke has been charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
The name of the victim is under a publication ban.
He was also found to be in violation of a parole order which has been revoked.
Clarke appeared in a North Battleford court on Friday and will remain in custody until his next appearance by video on April 9.
