Touchdown for Dreams ambassador passes away

SASKATOON – A Saskatoon woman who spent the last year sharing her inspirational message has passed away.

Tracy Doell, 43, died in a Saskatoon hospital on Monday. She was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer in December 2012.

Last April, Doell was named the 2013 Touchdown for Dreams ambassador. The partnership between Cameco, the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency fulfills the dreams of women who are suffering from cancer.

Doell’s wish was for a Ford Mustang, which she received last May.
