SIU investigates after pedestrian struck by police van

TORONTO – Ontario’s police watchdog is investigating after a pedestrian was struck by an unmarked police van on Kingston Road Wednesday morning.

The Special Investigations Unit were set up in front of a strip plaza near Midland Avenue for several hours.
