CALGARY – A 29-year-old woman was rushed to hospital on Monday after her vehicle rolled on Stoney Trail.
Police say she was travelling westbound around 11 p.m. when her Saturn Ion went off the road and struck several large pieces of asphalt debris piled near a street light.
Her vehicle rolled, finally coming to rest near the exit ramps to Macleod Trail.
EMS rushed the driver to hospital with serious injuries.
Officials had to keep westbound Stoney Trail closed while they removed the debris from the road.
Police don’t believe alcohol to be a factor in this collision.
