Vancouver Police looking for Good Samaritan who helped stabbing victim

Vancouver Police are looking for a Good Samaritan who came to the aid of a stabbing victim in February.

Police say a woman provided medical aid to the victim near Granville and Georgia Streets on February 9 around 11 p.m.

The 28-year-old victim later died in hospital as a result of the stabbing.

Police say the Good Samaritan is female, white, 25-30 yeas old, with a slim build and long black hair.

She was wearing a red, three-quarter length down jacket, blue jeans, white runners and was carrying a backpack. Police say she may have been a nurse, or someone with formal medical training.
