  • Two-time medallist on the World Cup circuit.

Interesting Fact: In 2011 he captured his first World Cup medal in his first-ever event, taking home the bronze in the 1500-metres in Nagoya, Japan.

Chances: Cournoyer will have a good chance at standing on the podium in Sochi as a member of the 5000-metre Relay team with Charles Hamelin, Michael Gilday and Olivier Jean.
