Two years have gone by since an investigation by Global News and Concordia’s Institute for investigative reporting revealed the city of Côte Saint-Luc had a significant problem with lead in its drinking water. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, some residents feel the city is moving too slowly when it comes to replacing lead pipes.
