Migrants heading elsewhere as RCMP demolish last Roxham Road office

The number of migrants irregularly crossing into Quebec from New York at Roxham Road has dropped since the renegotiation of the Safe Third Country agreement, so the RCMP has demolished its last building there. But as Mike Armstrong explains, this doesn’t mean fewer asylum seekers are trying to enter Canada.
