Minister François-Philippe Champagne, federal minister of innovation, along with Toronto mayor Olivia Chow announced on Monday that all major carriers’ licenses to operate will be revised to ensure that all TTC riders have coverage while riding the subway system in Toronto by October 3rd. The minister added that full service in all tunnels and stations across the network will follow as soon as possible.
