Call for changes to ‘Community Amenity Contributions’ reqiured by cities

A leading advocate for business tax relief is calling for changes to a fee charged by many cities he says unecesssarily raises the cost of homes. And as Aaron McArthur reports, it appears the province is about to do something about it.
