Saskatoon Salvation Army working to fill 2K backpacks with school supplies

Salvation Army officer Lt. Derek Kerr told Global News on Monday that “all supplies for primary and secondary students were purchased through donations and volunteers from community organizations will work on Monday and Tuesday to assemble 2000 backpacks that have been claimed by students returning to school in the fall.”
