Canada’s unemployment rate increases to 5.5% in July: StatCan

For the third month in a row, Canada’s unemployment rate increased in July. The rate sits now at 5.5 per cent after 6,400 jobs were lost across the nation and positions in the health care and social assistance fields opened up. Global’s Anne Gaviola reports.
