How tech is helping Canadians living with dementia
Description
May 6, 2023
The number of Canadians living with dementia is rising exponentially and the majority of those people will age at home. There isn’t a cure for dementia, but there is hope found in the intersection of technology and research. Across the country, a network of hospitals, universities, researchers, and caregivers are finding innovative ways for Canadians with cognitive decline to remain at home safely and independently. Farah Nasser reports for The New Reality.
