Minimum wage goes up in Quebec but is it enough?

Starting Monday, minimum wage earners in Quebec will see their salary increase by $1 — the highest increase in more than two decades. But as Global’s Brayden Jagger Haines reports, anti-poverty activists say the wage hike is not enough to keep up with the increasing cost of living.
