We are only weeks away from the opening of Quebec’s largest mass transit system in recent history. The exact date of when the first trains of the highly anticipated REM will start rolling isn’t confirmed. But the inauguration of the REM running between downtown and the south shore is scheduled to happen this spring. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
