A young Vancouver resident is taking action trying to make her neighbourhood a little safer.14-year-old Elsa Rahim lives near Nanaimo Street and E. 3rd Avenue in Vancouver. She says the unmarked intersection is constantly busy with kids crossing the street to get to a nearby park.
