Kelowna businesses raising concerns over homeless population

Many downtown Kelowna residents and businesses are fed up. The say an increased homeless population is leading to more litter, graffiti, and crime.
They’re also saying they feel like their pleas for help are being ignored by the city. And as Jasmine King explains, they’re looking for action, sooner rather than later.
