Construction on Granville Bridge upgrades to begin soon

Some major upgrades are set to begin on Vancouver’s Granville Bridge, and that will mean some significant traffic disruptions for the next couple of years. As Emily Lazatin reports, it’s all designed to advance safer, more environmentally friendly modes of transportation.
