Premier’s comments spur hope N.B. French-language program could be scrapped

Changes to French immersion in New Brunswick schools has been hotly debated in recent months. Now Premier Blaine Higgs is signaling the changes aren't a sure thing. That has critics of the proposed program happy the government seems willing to pump the brakes. Nathalie Sturgeon has that story.
