The prime minister travelled across the country this week visiting electric vehicle plants as part of the Liberals’ push to make Canada a major EV player. The government wants 20 per cent of all new vehicles purchased in Canada to be electric by 2026. But as Touria Izri reports, some urban planners say this transition may not be as green as we think.
