Alberta Premier Danielle Smith is taking a much firmer stance on whether she can offer legal forgiveness to those who broke COVID-19 public health rules. She says the Canadian legal system just doesn’t work that way. This as the NDP make a formal request for an investigation. Morgan Black reports.
