Saskatoon residents should clear snow from vents to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning: deputy fire chief

Yvonne Raymer, Saskatoon Fire & Emergency deputy chief, spoke on Thursday about the risks and remedies of carbon monoxide poisoning. Residents should check the exteriors to make sure exhaust and intake vents are unobstructed by snow, each level has a carbon monoxide alarm and egress is possible by windows.
