Saskatchewan RCMP say highways in the Regina area have reopened after 100-kilometre-per-hour winds and blowing snow forced closures Friday morning. Environment Canada issued wind and blowing snow warnings for Regina and much of southern Saskatchewan, with reports of collisions, vehicles in the ditch and hazardous driving conditions across the region.
