Cyclists question safety of new speed bumps

Some Toronto cyclists are questioning the safety of newly installed speed bumps in the city’s west end. They popped up this summer — and the cycle community wonders why, especially after a well-known cyclist says he collided with one recently and became seriously injured. Caryn Lieberman reports.
