Global Saskatoon spoke to Professor Stephen Urguhart on Monday about his concerns with the lack of mask enforcement on the University of Saskatchewan campus. Urquhart has started wearing his mask with the hope of encouraging students and colleagues to also practice familiar precautions given recent COVID-19 data.
