A man faces aggravated assault charges after a 22-year-old refugee from Afghanistan was attacked in Vancouver’s Chinatown Sunday evening. The victim was locking his bike to a lamppost when he was repeatedly stabbed by someone he didn’t know. Christa Dao reports.
