Global BC reporter Richard Zussman asked B.C.'s Finance Minister Selina Robinson if people in B.C. can expect another ICBC rebate as the organization is on more solid financial footing. Robinson said while these first quarter results are good, it is still early in the year to predict exactly what could happen.
