The canoe is an iconic and important piece of Canadian culture and Peterborough has a large part of that history on display. The Canadian Canoe Museum boasts the largest collection of watercraft in the world, and Labour Day weekend is the last chance for residents to see it until doors open at the new Ashburnham Drive facility next year.
