Manitoba to spend $6.5 million on school improvements

Manitoba Education and Early Childhood Learning Minister Wayne Ewasko announced on Tuesday the province will invest a total of $6.5 million on "post-pandemic" academic improvements and studies for schools. $2 million will focus on student learning and supports, in addition to surveys studying the pandemic's effects on students. Ewasko says he hopes the data rendered by the surveys will help the province identify and understand student's needs.
