The topic of growing homeless encampments has been discussed around the council table numerous times over the past several weeks. On Tuesday, Lethbridge city council voted to move ahead with exploring the use of the Civic Ice Centre as a temporary space to assist the vulnerable. But as Eloise Therien explains, not all were in favour of the idea.
